Juan brings to Stabilify and its clients over 28 years of Information Technology leadership in healthcare, innovation, and continuous improvement. He manages a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform solutions environment used to build “No-Code” applications that support agencies and people in the child welfare and human services sectors.

Before joining Stabilify in 2022, Juan held various roles in technology, including Six Sigma Black Belt, Sr. IT Manager, and IT Director. He has overseen national IT Operations for a pharmaceutical sales & marketing company, and the end-to-end creation and support of customer-centric desktop robotics (RPA/RDA).

Juan co-headed an enterprise-level initiative focusing on data privacy and HIPAA. He successfully navigated the Enterprise Test Data Management function through data transformation, data masking, privacy rules definition, and final obfuscation procedures.

Juan attended and completed computer programming studies at Florida Technical Institute and Florida State College in Jacksonville, Florida.
