With well over a decade in the Information Technology world, Matthew blends his deep expertise in software development, data engineering, user experience, and leadership to do more than just build products—he helps people find real meaning within the data. He’s endlessly curious about what businesses and organizations actually need to thrive and how data can be part of that story.

Matthew has served a wide range of industries—from manufacturing and supply chain to education, finance, and healthcare. No matter the domain, he’s drawn to the ever-evolving world of data science, analytics, and machine learning. Solving complex problems and discovering new ways to apply data-driven insights is what keeps him inspired both in and out of the office.

One of the things he’s most proud of? Using his skills and experience to support causes that improve the lives of children, families, and communities. That’s the real cherry on top.

When he’s not knee-deep in code or analytics, you’ll find Matthew doing a myriad of things not limited to chasing his kids (and maybe a few neighbor kids) around the yard, drumming on a drum, spinning nunchucks, flying a drone, working towards grill master status, perfecting his dad jokes, some volunteer projects/work, or his favorite: back porch sitting with his awesome wife, kids, and his old dog.
